Role Summary

FULLY REMOTE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to promote Haleon OTC products in the Oral Health category to Dentists and Hygienists. This role focuses on delivering scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement in a virtual, fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC products
  • Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professional customers in a virtual, fully remote setting
  • Navigate in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professional Customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and profiles via call reporting software
  • Demonstrate effective selling skills including preparation of the sales call, account development, personal rapport, fact-based selling, use of digital promotional materials, and customer commitment to Haleon OTC products
  • Ship product samples safely and in compliance with guidelines based on customer recommendations
  • Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment
  • Operate effectively in a virtual/fully remote environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Dental Hygiene or experience in teaching, social work, athletics, or communications
  • Minimum 1 year of outside dental, healthcare, or business-to-business account management

Preferred

  • Experience presenting to large groups
  • Dental Hygiene and/or dental sales background, CPG sales, B2B account management
  • Strong competency using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proven leadership and performance in previous roles
  • Extensive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify high-potential dental practices based on business acumen
  • Develop and implement efficient territory management plans to maximize business potential
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, proactive
  • High-level selling skills including account-based selling, strategic thinking, driving results, and closing business
  • Understanding of local healthcare marketplace trends
