Role Summary
Join the Surgery R&D process team as the Innovation Productivity Sr. Manager to support the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance R&D efficiency and accelerate innovation. This position can be located in Raritan, NJ, Cincinnati, OH, or Irving, TX. Purpose: This role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements through advanced technologies and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current R&D processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of productivity-enhancing initiatives across product development and lifecycle maintenance.
- Apply data analytics and AI tools to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Document and share best practices across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.
- Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Required: 8+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, and R&D operations.
- Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Required: Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Required: Familiarity with digital tools and emerging technologies for process optimization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Travel: Up to 20% (domestic/international).
