Research Opportunity
- Combine experimental and computational approaches to study organelle biology in neurodegenerative disease using lipidomics, multi-omics integration, and cellular/preclinical models.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute studies using human neuronal and other disease-relevant cellular models.
- Generate and interpret large-scale lipidomics datasets using advanced LC-MS.
- Develop and apply computational workflows for omics data processing, visualization, and biological interpretation.
- Integrate lipidomics with complementary biological and multi-omics datasets to identify pathways and biomarkers.
- Collaborate across neuroscience, translational profiling, discovery biology, medicinal chemistry, and data science teams.
- Contribute to the development/evaluation of novel assays for organelle biology and cellular function.
- Engage external academic collaborators to apply emerging technologies.
- Present findings and contribute to peer-reviewed publications; maintain records and communicate to multidisciplinary audiences.

Essential Requirements
- PhD in neuroscience, cell biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, analytical chemistry, bioinformatics, or related field.
- Experience generating/interpreting complex biological datasets.
- Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong written and verbal scientific communication.

Desirable Requirements
- Mass spectrometry-based omics experience (lipidomics, metabolomics, proteomics).
- Experience with neurodegenerative cellular models and/or computational analysis of large biological datasets.

How to Apply
- Submit CV and cover letter by August 30th, 2026. In the cover letter, describe research interests, career aspirations, and how the program supports long-term development.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $87,000 USD/year. US-based eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and time off.
