Innovation Portfolio & Analytics Manager

Role: Innovation Portfolio & Analytics Manager to enhance R&D portfolio management through advanced data, analytics, and digital tools. Responsibilities: lead enterprise R&D data capabilities, partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, optimize workflows, develop and improve data models and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and leverage AI-assisted development for automation and acceleration. Additionally, oversee data quality, standards, adoption, and continuous improvement practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or related fields; 8+ years in business intelligence, analytics development, or portfolio systems; proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, and scripting languages; experience with enterprise IT architecture, data workflows, and possibly PPM platforms like Planisware or Clarity. Preferred: industry experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, or chemicals; knowledge of project portfolio management principles and lifecycle stages. High-Value: focus on R&D portfolio insights, digital capabilities, AI integration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a global, matrixed environment.
