Role: Innovation Pipeline Co-op supporting plant biotech projects within Bayer’s Crop Science division, focusing on molecular and protein biology, entomology, and plant transformation. Responsibilities: collaborate with scientists and stakeholders to evaluate projects, design experiments, analyze data, and interpret results; execute lab experiments to inform pipeline decisions; maintain accurate research records and communicate findings through presentations. Requirements: enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in molecular biology, cell biology, plant physiology, protein biochemistry, or entomology; hands-on experience with molecular techniques like cloning and transformation; familiarity with microscopy, microbiology, entomology, or macromolecular assays; proficiency in Microsoft Office; preferred skills include R, Python, or data visualization tools.
