Innovation, Data & Analytics Team, Data Engineer

Role: Data Engineer responsible for building and maintaining production data pipelines supporting AI workflows within biopharma. Objectives include implementing canonical data models, ensuring data quality, and supporting downstream analytics and agentic systems. Responsibilities encompass pipeline development against governance standards, monitoring platform reliability (Databricks, Snowflake), supporting data conformance (OMOP/HEDIS), and collaborating with data analysts, scientists, and AI engineers to validate data and improve pipeline performance. Qualifications include 6+ years (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Master's) in data engineering, with strong SQL, Python, and experience with cloud platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and healthcare data (claims, EHR, HEDIS/OMOP). Preferred experience in healthcare/pharma sectors and familiarity with GxP, regulatory compliance, and regulated environments. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with data science, governance, and engineering teams, with a hybrid work setup across various U.S. locations and some international sites.
