Innovation, Data & Analytics Team, AI/ML Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Role: Lead the development and deployment of AI-based workflows within Pfizer's Data & Analytics team, focusing on agent orchestration and architecture to translate analytical methodologies into reliable production tools. Responsibilities: design and harden agentic systems, develop prompt architectures, integrate tools and APIs, partner with Data Engineering and Data Analysis teams to ensure data quality, governance compliance, and cost monitoring; document system architecture and identify improvements for reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 8+ years of software or ML engineering experience, with healthcare/pharma sector exposure preferred; strong background in production system design, MLOps, and API integration; experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
