Role: IT Program Manager specializing in research-focused project and portfolio management within Regeneron's Velocigene platform, supporting the Genetically Modified Animal Pipeline. Responsibilities: manage complex projects and multiple workstreams using agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), coordinate activities from ideation to transition, communicate with stakeholders, estimate resources, deliver progress reports, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s in life sciences with IT or computer science experience; 7+ years in research, biotech, or pharma environments; proficiency with project management tools (Planview, Jira, MS Office); understanding of SDLC and PMO processes; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
