Role: Scientist – QC Laboratory Informatics, supporting laboratory operations through system validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electronic laboratory systems. Responsibilities: ensure laboratory IT systems (e.g., LabVantage LIMS, Empower, NuGenesis ELN, SDMS) function per purpose and compliance; support system deployment, upgrades, data integrity, and audit readiness; serve as SME, mentor peers, and collaborate with global quality and IT teams; assist in audits and develop local procedures and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in computer science, life sciences, or related field; minimum 3 years’ GMP laboratory IT experience including system installation, qualification, and validation; proficiency with laboratory IT platforms and regulatory standards. Preferred: Master’s degree, experience with chromatography systems, automated lab systems, deviation investigations, and cross-functional leadership. High-Value: emphasis on GMP compliance, laboratory data integrity, and system validation within a pharmaceutical QC environment. Work setup: onsite in the US, with support outside regular hours and minimal travel; safety and allergen considerations in the lab. The role demands accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a regulated laboratory setting.
