Infant Care V&V Engineering Co-op

Role: Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineering Co-op supporting the development and testing of Infant Care products such as incubators and warmers. Responsibilities: develop and execute verification test procedures, collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams (software, electrical, mechanical), and assess product design, performance, and usability through hands-on testing to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance. Requirements: full-time student in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Biomedical Engineering; minimum 20-week commitment; onsite in Waukesha, WI; strong communication and analytical skills; demonstrated technical competency. Preferred: GPA 3.0+, prior research or engineering co-op experience, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
