Industrial Mechanic*

Role: Industrial Mechanic responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling production equipment and facilities at 3M Cordova. Objectives include ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Core responsibilities encompass mechanical and pipefitting work on systems like pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, and refrigeration, utilizing schematics, blueprints, and hand tools; troubleshooting and documenting repairs; supporting team development and contractor oversight. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; minimum of 5 years' industrial maintenance experience or completion of a certified journeyman program or technical degree in mechanical trades; ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and overtime.
