      Role Summary
 Industrial Maintenance Technician II in Boca Raton, FL. Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of utility systems, performing corrective actions and repairs, and documenting all work performed within a GMP manufacturing facility.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Ensure utility areas are kept clean and free of debris or clutter.
 
  - Perform routine Preventive Maintenance on boilers, stills, air compressors, pumps and other assigned equipment; generate and maintain required documentation.
 
  - Install plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment such as sinks, pumps, circuit panels, refrigeration, WFI, boilers, HVAC chillers, air compressors, motors, etc.
 
  - Handle repairs and maintenance on equipment and manage assigned work orders; notify appropriate personnel as needed; create and maintain documentation of repairs.
 
  - Maintain inventory to ensure adequate parts and supplies; complete purchase requisitions for equipment and parts as needed.
 
  - Adhere to all ADMA SOPs, procedures, policies and federal regulations in facility operations.
 
  - May assist in special projects and/or construction projects, including demolition, renovation, and new construction.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of technical or vocational training; equivalent experience may be substituted.
 
  - Licensure: Florida Licensure as a Plumbing, Electrical or Refrigeration Technician required.
 
  - Experience: Three to six years of general maintenance and/or construction experience; pharmaceutical/medical devices industry preferred; knowledge of GMPs and ISO regulations; ability to read blueprints.

  - Ability to follow cGMPs and procedures with high attention to detail.
 
  - Ability to read and understand blueprints.
