Industrial Hygienist

Role: Industrial Hygiene (IH) Specialist at Lilly's RTP site, responsible for developing and supporting IH programs to ensure compliance and safety. Core duties include establishing IH practices, managing IH activities, influencing risk reduction strategies, and supporting HSE processes to promote a hazard-free workplace. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational/Environmental Health, or related fields; experience in industrial hygiene, occupational health, or environmental safety; authorized to work in the US. Preferred: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), regulatory knowledge, experience with CAPA systems, GMP operational background, and strong communication skills.
