Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three years relevant experience; technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and troubleshooting; valid driver's license; ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. Preferred skills include an associateโs degree or technical certificate in electrical discipline, experience with 4160V systems, and familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments, especially biopharma or FDA-regulated sectors. Work involves exposure to hazardous materials, requiring PPE, and physical tasks such as working in cramped or awkward positions. The role is scheduled for 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with potential for temporary shift changes and call-ins.
