Industrial Electrician- Medium Voltage, Instrumentation & Utilites

Role: Industrial Electrician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and utility equipment at Lilly's manufacturing site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Responsibilities: perform preventative and corrective maintenance on medium voltage systems, process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, pH, control valves), and electrical equipment; diagnose and repair electrical problems; support new installations and modifications; ensure compliance with safety and cGMP standards; document work accurately. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 years of industrial electrical experience; valid US driver’s license; ability to lift 40 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions; willingness to respond to call-ins and overtime. Preferred: technical diploma or certifications in electrical disciplines, experience with high purity water and plant utilities, familiarity with electrical schematics, and proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo).
