In-House Clinical Research Associate

Role: In-House Clinical Research Associate supporting Ocugen's ophthalmology and advanced therapy Phase 1-3 clinical studies. Responsibilities: manage study start-up, execution, and close-out activities; support investigator/site engagement, regulatory documentation, TMF maintenance, subject tracking, vendor oversight, and study operational support; assist with study documentation, audits, and budget tracking. Qualifications: strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with eTMF, CTMS, EDC; CRO/vendor management preferred; background in Ophthalmology or advanced therapies desirable.
