Immunology Therapeutic Specialist
What Youβll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve/exceed performance goals.
- Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
- Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, etc.) to support customers and patients.
- Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a specialty market.
- Ensure activities are conducted with integrity and in accordance with policies and compliance guidelines.
What You Bring
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience (life sciences or related preferred).
- Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related healthcare experience.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
- Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking, adaptability, and effective execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience launching a new product/indication; knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
- CRM/digital sales tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce); patient advocacy engagement.
- Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PA, NP).
- Interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Pay Range
- USD $140,000.00β$230,000.00 per year.
