Immunology Therapeutic Specialist - Sacramento, CA

Role: Immunology Therapeutic Specialist focusing on the launch of a first-in-class therapy for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). Responsible for executing territory plans, achieving sales goals, building relationships with dermatology providers, and supporting patient access and reimbursement efforts. Responsibilities include clinical discussions on disease management, navigating complex healthcare environments, and collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven success in specialty healthcare sales, experience with biologics or JAK therapies, and strong clinical communication skills. Preferred: 3+ years in pharma or biotech sales, dermatology or immunology experience, product launch success, knowledge of reimbursement processes, and direct experience with academic centers and large dermatology practices. High-Value: Focus on underserved patient populations, immunology/dermatology therapeutics, specialty pharma sales, and market access. Work setup involves travel within the assigned geography; residence in the territory is required. Salary range: USD $140,000 – $230,000 annually.
