Immunology Therapeutic Specialist
The Opportunity
- Drive performance in the assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic territory business plan.
- Partner with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to support appropriate patient access and education.
What Youβll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
- Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to support customers and patients.
- Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex specialty market.
- Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
What You Bring (Qualifications/Skills)
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience; life sciences preferred.
- Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related healthcare experience.
- Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or other complex specialty market (strongly preferred).
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
- Demonstrated success selling in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience launching a new product or indication.
- Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
- CRM/digital sales platforms (Veeva or Salesforce).
- Experience engaging patient advocacy organizations.
- Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PA, NP).
- Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Pay Range (if applicable)
- USD $140,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.
