Immunology Therapeutic Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
- Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of therapies.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
- Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and others) to support customers and patients.
- Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex specialty market.
- Operate with integrity and comply with company policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
- Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related healthcare experience.
- Strong clinical acumen to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
- Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred
- Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or other complex specialty markets.
- Experience launching a new product or indication.
- Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
- CRM/digital sales tools (Veeva or Salesforce).
- Experience engaging patient advocacy organizations.
- Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PA, or NP).

Compensation
- Pay range: USD $140,000.00–$230,000.00/year.
