The Opportunity
- Drive performance in the assigned territory by building customer relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic territory business plan.
- Partner with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to support appropriate patient access and education.
What Youโll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve/exceed performance goals.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders.
- Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to support customers and patients.
- Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations.
- Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
What You Bring (Qualifications/Skills)
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience (life sciences preferred).
- Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related healthcare experience.
- Strong clinical acumen to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
- Demonstrated success in a complex matrixed selling environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market.
- Experience launching a new product/indication; knowledge of patient access/reimbursement pathways.
- CRM/digital sales platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce); engagement with patient advocacy organizations.
- Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PA, NP).
- Interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Pay Range
- USD $140,000.00โUSD $230,000.00 /Yr.
