Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Representative to join our Immunology team. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative therapies to healthcare providers within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rare disease landscape, experience in specialty sales, and a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of our immunology/rare disease product(s).
  • Identify, target, and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to support patient access and education.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
  • Preferred: Advanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP.
  • Required: 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience; experience in immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics strongly preferred.
  • Required: Strong clinical acumen with the ability to discuss complex scientific information.
  • Required: Proven success in a complex selling environment and ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
  • Required: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Required: Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.

Skills

  • Preferred: Previous experience launching a new rare disease product or indication.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience working with patient advocacy organizations.
  • Preferred: Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Preferred: Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
