The Opportunity
As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, you will drive performance within your assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic territory business plan.
What Youβll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
- Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
- Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders.
- Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
- Operate with integrity and ensure all activities comply with company policies and compliance guidelines.
What You Bring
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
- Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market (strongly preferred).
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
- Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking, quick adaptation, and effective execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience launching a new product or indication.
- Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
- CRM/digital sales platforms (e.g., Veeva or Salesforce).
- Experience engaging patient advocacy organizations.
- Advanced clinical degree (e.g., PharmD, PA, or NP).
- Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Pay Range
USD $140,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.
