Role: Senior Scientist in Single-Cell Genomics focusing on designing, executing, and optimizing single-cell and multi-omics workflows, primarily in wet-lab experimental biology. Responsibilities: process samples, generate high-quality libraries for transcriptomic, epigenomic, and immune profiling; troubleshoot and refine workflows using platforms like 10x Genomics; collaborate with bioinformatics teams for data interpretation; support mechanistic disease biology studies and translational research. Requirements: PhD in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or related field with 2+ years experience, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience; deep hands-on expertise in single-cell assays and NGS library prep; proficiency with 10x Genomics platforms; excellent experimental troubleshooting and documentation skills. Preferred: experience with multi-omics modalities such as multiome and CITE-seq, and downstream computational analysis. High-value: focus on immune cell profiling, complex tissue samples, and generation of high-quality datasets to inform disease biology and biomarker discovery.
