Key Responsibilities Include:
- Rinvoq Consolidation & Forecasting: Lead consolidation of Rinvoq Actuals, Plan, LBEs, and LRP with indication finance leads; ensure accurate capturing of all forecasting allocations (e.g., Pipeline, Other Sources, Unaudited) for the Rinvoq sales forecast.
- Month-End Close & Variance Analysis: Support month-end actuals close process including price, pipeline, and demand variance analyses and commentary; lead preparation of the month-end Rinvoq Sales Package for leadership.
- Inventory, Reporting, and Metrics: Serve as the main liaison with Demand Planning for Rinvoq ending inventory assumptions and analyses; independently prepare sales reporting and key performance metrics.
- Systems, Governance, and DHQ Interface: Liaise between Rinvoq and DHQ for BPC submissions and systems requirements/enhancements; ensure timely, complete, and accurate submissions across forecasting/planning systems.
- Cross-Functional Integration & Analytics: Integrate inputs (Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Finance, Market Analytics) into aligned forecasting processes; provide ad-hoc analytical support to enable data-driven decision making.
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize forecasting consolidation; lead/support projects improving forecast quality and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years combined experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical/technical/problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills across management levels
- Ability to triangulate diverse datasets (e.g., market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, patient flow)
- Ability to prioritize quickly, assess data integrity under tight deadlines
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, BPC and PowerBi preferred
- Ability to work independently/self-starter; strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities; excellent communication/presentation skills
- Previous pharmaceutical and forecasting experience preferred
