Overview
Immunology Business Director (IBD) to lead a field sales team.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, compliance, and continuous learning.
- Provide field coaching via joint calls, observation, feedback, and skill development.
- Identify and develop top talent and future leaders.
- Translate national brand strategy into regional priorities, business plans, account strategies, and field execution.
- Analyze market and performance data to find opportunities, optimize resources, and drive results.
- Navigate ambiguity and changing market dynamics with agility and disciplined execution.
- Lead understanding/navigating payer, reimbursement, access, and fulfillment dynamics.
- Partner with Market and Patient Access to address patient-journey barriers.
- Support offices on benefits verification, prior authorization, bridge programs, copay assistance, HUB services, and specialty pharmacy distribution.
- Escalate recurring access/fulfillment barriers to improve patient and customer experience.
- Build relationships with dermatology stakeholders, opinion leaders, high-volume practices, super-groups, and institutional customers.
- Coach for compelling, compliant, data-driven clinical/value conversations.
- Develop local market strategies for awareness, adoption, and utilization.
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other stakeholders; bring field insights back to the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Success in competitive specialty markets and/or with systemic injectable biologics or oral JAK therapies.
- People leadership experience with coaching/developing sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional partnership experience (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Operations).
- Experience with HUB services and patient support programs.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and execution discipline; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database applications.
- Lives in and can travel within assigned region as required; valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred
- Dermatology and/or immunology experience.
- Experience with institutional customers, super-groups, and key accounts.
- Experience supporting product launches and sustained post-launch growth.

Pay Range
- USD $214,000.00 - USD $293,700.00 /Yr.
