Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, compliance, and continuous learning.
- Provide field coaching via joint calls, observation, feedback, and skill development.
- Identify and develop top talent and future leaders.
- Translate national brand strategy into regional priorities, business plans, account strategies, and field execution.
- Analyze market and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize resources.
- Navigate ambiguity and changing market dynamics with agility and disciplined execution.
- Lead team understanding of payer/reimbursement, access, and fulfillment dynamics.
- Partner with Market and Patient Access colleagues to address barriers across the patient journey.
- Support customer offices on benefits verification, prior authorization, bridge programs, copay assistance, HUB services, and specialty pharmacy distribution.
- Identify and escalate recurring access/fulfillment barriers to improve patient/customer experience.
- Develop relationships with dermatology stakeholders, opinion leaders, high-volume practices, super-groups, and institutional customers.
- Coach compliant, data-driven clinical/value conversations.
- Develop local market strategies to support awareness, adoption, and appropriate utilization.
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other stakeholders for aligned execution.
- Bring actionable field insights to shape strategy, messaging, and tactical priorities.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Success in competitive specialty markets; experience with systemic/injectable biologic or oral JAK therapies preferred/desired.
- People leadership experience with proven coaching/development of sales talent (first-line leadership preferred).
- Cross-functional partnership experience (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Operations).
- Experience with HUB services and patient support programs.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and execution discipline.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database applications.
- Lives in and can travel within assigned region as required; valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Dermatology and/or immunology experience.
- Experience with institutional customers, super-groups, and key accounts.
- Experience supporting product launches and sustained post-launch growth.
