Immunology Account Executive โ Philadelphia, PA

Field-based account executive role for AbbVie Immunology brands with responsibility for Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Health Systems, influential regional Group Practices, and Specialty Pharmacy account coverage. Drive brand performance through key account management, including strategic account planning, delivering HEOR data and real-world evidence, coordinated selling execution with in-field teams, and building strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive, compliant business and account plans aligning AbbVie Immunology portfolio solutions with account goals to drive sales and market share.
- Identify and manage key account priority opportunities; provide strategic and tactical insights to internal partners.
- Identify local opportunities and threats; develop/modify business plans accordingly; lead without authority in a complex matrix environment.
- Coordinate communication, planning, scheduling, and collaborative account execution.
- Use business data analytics tools to assess priority account impact and optimize product performance.
- Learn and integrate marketing and training materials into territory execution, including sales training needs and meeting topics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree required or relevant equivalent industry experience required.
- In lieu of degree: 8+ years Health Science Sales experience with minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales.
- Prefer 2+ years sales or account management experience.
- Prefer 2+ years Immunology sales or account management.
- Demonstrated ability to network, communicate, and leverage collaborative internal partnerships.
- Excellent organization and project management; strong individual and matrix leadership.
- Proven record managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle/equipment.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
