Main Responsibilities:
- Promote Belumosudil to meet/exceed territory sales goals via approved promotional efforts.
- Provide on-label Sanofi product information to designated targets/accounts.
- Build and execute clear business plans; use market/sales trend analysis to identify opportunities and implement a strategic POA.
- Develop expertise in product/disease state and product access/reimbursement; maintain knowledge of Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and VA selling/reimbursement environments.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel and HCPs/non-HCPs within the cGVHD community.
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual on-label presentations and use computer systems for planning/forecasting.
- Manage territory budgets; handle administrative tasks (sales call data, responses, reporting, samples if applicable, expenses) and comply with applicable laws/regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience (Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant preferred); experience in oncology/hematology–transplant market (field, hospital/academic, Managed Care).
- Proven sales performance and hematology product launch experience.
- Demonstrated virtual engagement delivery to HCPs/staff.
- Strong oral/written communication; strong time management/organization; proficient in Microsoft Office.
