Main Responsibilities:
- Promote Belumosudil to meet/exceed territory sales goals through approved promotional efforts and focused execution.
- Communicate and provide on-label information for Sanofi products to designated targets/accounts.
- Develop clear, comprehensive business plans; demonstrate exceptional business acumen.
- Understand key customer goals and desired clinical outcomes to cultivate partnerships serving both customer and patient needs.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel, HCPs/non-HCPs, at targeted accounts.
- Manage and develop territory budgets for customer contacts, promotional programs, and other external expenditures.
- Analyze sales and market trends to identify current/future business opportunities and implement an effective strategic POA.
- Demonstrate product & disease state expertise and product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Build strong working relationships with internal Sanofi teams (e.g., Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal).
- Maintain knowledge of Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs selling/reimbursement environment.
- Deliver one-on-one, group, and non-personal on-label sales presentations; prepare/analyze market data to identify trends.
- Deliver promotional messages supporting approved indications via approved channels (face-to-face and virtual).
- Use computer systems to plan, forecast, and review sales activities to optimize resource coverage.
- Provide timely, accurate administrative management (work hours, sales call data, objectives, responses, synchronization, expenses; samples if applicable).
- Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations for marketing and promotion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant preferred).
- Experience in field sales, hospital/academic institution sales, and Managed Care in the oncology/hematology–transplant market.
- Proven ability to generate and drive sales results.
- Hematology product launch experience.
- Proven proficiency delivering virtual engagements to HCPs and staff.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
