The Immune Hematology Manager (IHM) is responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies while growing the product base for Sanofi in their specified geography. Specifically, the IHM will be responsible for the promotion of Belumosudil in their assigned geography. The IHM will provide on-label product information to designated key opinion leaders, health care providers/accounts, and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the cGVHD community.
The role involves promoting Belumosudil to meet/exceed territory sales goals through approved promotional efforts, focused execution, and commitment to positively impacting patients' lives. The IHM will communicate on-label information for Sanofi products to designated targets/accounts, create comprehensive business plans, develop knowledge of key customer goals and clinical outcomes, and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel at targeted accounts.
The IHM must have extensive knowledge of Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs selling and reimbursement environments. Daily activities include sales presentations, market data analysis, delivering promotional messages via approved channels, utilizing computer systems for planning and forecasting, and administrative management of work hours, sales call data, and expense reporting.
