Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated clinical development programs for diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals in oncology, immunology, and cardiovascular disease (early to late phase).
- Define clinical strategies, endpoints, patient populations, and imaging criteria.
- Design studies to assess diagnostic accuracy, optimal imaging timing, patient selection biomarkers, and performance vs. standard-of-care.
- Serve as scientific expert in molecular imaging modalities (PET, SPECT, CT, MRI); oncology focus and emerging theranostic applications a plus.
- Analyze/interpret imaging data (tumor localization, tracer biodistribution, dosimetry, longitudinal response); evaluate imaging biomarkers for stratification and monitoring.
- Evaluate performance metrics (sensitivity, specificity, SUVs, tumor-to-background ratios).
- Guide development/validation/quantitative evaluation of advanced image analysis methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners (CROs, academia, software developers, scanner manufacturers).
- Author/review clinical and regulatory documents (IBs, protocols/amendments, CSRs, regulatory briefings); develop imaging trial documentation.
- Communicate findings via presentations, abstracts, and publications.

Basic Requirements:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- 5+ years clinical development experience; 3+ years industry experience.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Tracer development; experience in oncology, immunology, and/or cardiology.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause corrective action.
- GCP and regulatory familiarity.
- Ability to balance scientific and business priorities; strong communication/collaboration/organization/influence.
- Fluency in written/spoken English. Travel 10–15%.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- Anticipated wage: $177,000–$338,800; possible company bonus.
