Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals or rare disease sales, experience with complex distribution systems, and a proven track record of high performance. High-Value: rare disease or endocrine indications, injectable therapies, experience with product launches, complex healthcare settings, and multi-stakeholder engagement. WorkSetup: field-based with overnight travel required.
