HVAC Technician (Overnights)

Role: HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and operating HVAC systems in a biopharma manufacturing setting, supporting facility operations and compliance. Responsibilities: perform preventive maintenance, repair of chillers, freezers, air handlers, and chilled water systems; operate building automation systems; conduct daily equipment rounds; coordinate with internal departments and vendors; participate in rotational on-call emergency support. Requirements: AAS degree and 2+ years (Technician II), 5+ years (Technician III), or 8+ years (Technician IV) experience in industrial HVAC, with EPA refrigeration certification; strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical, electronic, and PLC controls; ability to work in production areas following cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards. Preferred: experience with Building Automation and pharmaceutical industry standards.
