HVAC Technician (Nights)

Role: HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and operating HVAC systems within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment at Regeneron. Primary objectives include ensuring the reliable start-up, operation, monitoring, and shutdown of HVAC and related equipment critical for GMP-compliant production. Responsibilities encompass maintenance of ultra-low temperature freezers, chillers, chilled water systems, air handling units, and building automation systems; conducting daily rounds; coordinating with vendors and departments; and participating in rotational emergency on-call. Requirements: AAS degree with 2+ years (Technician II), 5+ years (Technician III), or 8+ years (Technician IV) of relevant experience; solid understanding of industrial HVAC systems; EPA certification; ability to work in controlled manufacturing areas following SOPs and cGMPs; experience with electronic, PLC, mechanical, and building automation controls preferred.
