HVAC Technician - Lilly Medicine Foundry

Role: HVAC Technician supporting GMP operations during Lilly's new Medicine Foundry startup (2026–2029), focusing on installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems critical for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities: work on basic and complex heating/cooling systems, balance air flow, maintain process chillers, validate HEPA filters, and support integrated systems in a regulated environment; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; document work per cGMP. Requirements: high school diploma, 3+ years HVAC experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, EPA certification, valid driver’s license, authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred: manufacturing or FDA-regulated industry experience, mechanical aptitude, proficiency with CMMS, and electrical/mechanical schematics literacy.
