HVAC Technician - Lilly Medicine Foundry

Role: HVAC Technician supporting GMP operations at Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, focusing on installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of heating, cooling, and air handling systems in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; maintain HVAC equipment including complex systems like multi-zone and control systems; perform filter validation and HEPA filter testing; support site communication and document all tasks per cGMP guidelines. Requirements: High School diploma; 3+ years of HVAC experience in an industrial or regulated environment; EPA certification; valid driver’s license; authorization to work in the U.S. Additional: preferred experience in manufacturing or FDA-regulated industries; proficiency with CMMS and mechanical/electrical schematics; strong teamwork and safety focus. High-value: supporting GMP manufacturing of clinical trial medicines in a cutting-edge integrated research and manufacturing facility; initial location in Indianapolis, permanent in Lebanon, Indiana; shift is M-F, with on-call weekend coverage.
