HVAC Associate II

Role: HVAC Associate II supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at Bausch + Lomb, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems critical for GMP environments. Tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance on air handling units, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and mechanical equipment; operating and monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS); responding to alarms; and documenting activities using CMMS. Responsibilities extend to supporting environmental controls for GMP compliance and participating in on-call support. Requirements: minimum 3 years' HVAC experience in regulated industries, proficiency with BMS, troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and ability to interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs. Preferred skills include experience with pharmaceutical water purification systems, EPA 608 certification, and familiarity with pneumatic and DDC controls. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a technical degree or certifications viewed favorably.
