What You Will Do
- Lead Human Resources activities for five global organizations within Corporate Functions (CF), including oversight spanning support for CIO.
- Provide direct accountability for supporting the Technology organization (~2400+ staff globally); one direct report with shared accountability.
- Partner with client leadership and global Centers of Excellence to execute people strategies at the BU/function level (org design, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning & strategy).
- Advise leaders on HR programs, processes, communications, and strategic initiatives; oversee leadership development, talent management, staff engagement, and retention; partner with talent acquisition to attract external talent.
- Use data and people insights to coach clients on HR/business issues (change management, talent development, team/organizational effectiveness, workforce planning).
- Support HR metrics strategy and reporting; leverage metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, buy vs. build).
- Shape and foster a high-performing, engaged culture; lead talent management and succession planning.
- Support Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts; help manage large-scale change across functions/geographies.
- Partner with Compensation on financial competitiveness and benchmarking.
- Stay current on talent trends; collaborate with broader HR team; learn and leverage new technologies, including AI impacts on Human + Agentic workforces.

What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 4 years HR experience; or Master’s + 7 years; or Bachelor’s + 9 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or MBA; 10+ years complex HR in technical/pharma/biotech environments; 7+ years supervisory experience.
- Broad HR knowledge; translate enterprise HR strategies to action plans; data evaluation for insights/storytelling; strong leadership development/succession planning/sourcing.
- Strong analytics, consulting, change/project management; communication and relationship management; influence without authority; global mindset.
- Technologically adept; strong business and financial acumen.
