Role Summary

HR Coordinator at Invivyd, hybrid role in New Haven/Northeast with preference to be in the New Haven office 1-2 days a week. Responsible for supporting candidates and employees through scheduling interviews, onboarding/offboarding, administering benefits, maintaining records, and handling compliance and audits. Opportunity to take on special projects to help grow and scale the company.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Post roles on job boards
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
    • Monitor applicant flow; support recruiting team to move candidates through process
    • Organize and schedule interviews across time zones; arrange interview rooms and virtual meetings
    • Support recruiting process efficiency; follow up on candidate communications; schedule kickoff and debrief meetings
    • Support purchase orders and invoices for recruiting
    • Utilize Greenhouse Recruitment and Onboarding to manage candidates and generate offer packages

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; ADP and/or Greenhouse experience a plus
  • Proficient at learning new systems quickly
  • Can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective team player with ability to engender confidence across the organization
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
