Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our onsite team in West Lebanon, NH. The role supports leaders and employees across assigned areas to bridge people strategy and performance, guide leadership development, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and foster a culture of continuous growth and respect in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Coaching people managers for quality and timely execution of HR processes as assigned
- Provide employee relations support by conducting investigations and guiding managers to drive consistency and compliance in performance management
- Support for individual development plan execution and action planning based on employee opinion survey results
- Participation in candidate selection, exit interviews, and turnover analysis
- Help managers and exempt employees develop leadership competencies
- Provide backup support for new employee orientation
- Onboard new managers
- Support HRBPs with Leadership Development, focusing on first line leaders
- Model the NNWay, including values, training, and promoting diversity
- Execute local and corporate HR projects/programs; act as process champion for special projects as needed
- Follow safety and environmental requirements in performing duties
- Perform duties in a compliant and ethical manner per healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
- Incorporate the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from an accredited university required
- May consider an Associateβs degree with additional two years of experience
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
- Work Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-shift manufacturing organization
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous management experience a plus; experience in ramping up organizations is a plus
- General knowledge of employment law, personnel policies and procedures; business understanding preferred
- HR IT systems knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to model the Novo Nordisk Way, Values/Essentials
- Proven ability to set direction and strategy, foster innovation and continuous improvement, manage business complexity, inspire and motivate, drive performance, collaborate across boundaries, coach and develop people
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation); impact and influence preferred
- Analytical and project management skills preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing applications; change management; experience in organizational development programs (performance management, development planning, staffing, problem resolution, succession planning, employee surveys)

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
