Role: Human Resources Business Partner supporting Corporate Functions and the NJ site, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies, leverage workforce analytics, lead organizational design and change initiatives, coach on leadership and talent development, manage employee relations and risk, and collaborate on HR programs across the organization. Requirements: bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 7+ years of strategic HR experience supporting global, matrixed organizations; strong business acumen; expertise in organizational design, talent management, change management, and HR analytics; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to travel up to 20%.
