Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance across site operations
- Identify and assess workplace risks, recommending effective control measures in collaboration with the HSE team
- Manage and analyze environmental, health, and safety data, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and communication of key metrics
- Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively
- Partner cross-functionally to drive awareness, alignment, and continuous improvement on health, safety, and environmental priorities

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, health and safety, engineering, or related field, or a minimum of four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum three years of experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission
- Experience managing hazardous waste and supporting EHS compliance activities

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment
- Prior experience or training in radiation safety

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Expected salary range: $89,600–$166,400 per year; final offer based on skills/experience; performance-based cash incentive; may be eligible for annual equity awards.
