      Role Summary
 Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist
 Responsibilities
 
 - Develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures and programs in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
 
 - Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
 
 - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including air, water, waste, and hazardous materials management.
 
 - Coordinate and provide HSE training and awareness initiatives across all departments.
 
 - Champion a Safety First, Quality Always mindset throughout the organization and stay current with industry standards.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
 
 - Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably cGMP, biotech, or pharmaceutical).
 
 - Top 2 skills: Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements; Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems.
