HRIS Manager (Req #1368)

Role: Senior HRIS Business Analyst focusing on HR technology strategy, system optimization, and project delivery within an enterprise HR environment. Responsibilities: define and execute HR tech roadmap, oversee HRIS/HCM system administration (UKG Pro), ensure system integrations and data integrity, lead HR technology projects including upgrades and enhancements, and develop HR reporting and analytics capabilities. Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance employee experience. Manage HR system security, access governance, and vendor relationships. Lead and mentor HRIS team members; promote continuous improvement and innovation in HR technology. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field; 7+ years supporting HRIS/HCM systems; 3+ years leading teams and projects; strong expertise in UKG Pro, HR system integrations, data security, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau). Preferred: experience with APIs, middleware, project management certifications (PMP), and process improvement methodologies.
