HR Leader, Immunology

Role Summary

HR Leader, Immunology will provide strategic HR partnership to the Immunology Sales and Marketing leadership team, contribute to shaping business strategy, and drive aligned outcomes in talent strategy, culture, leadership coaching, and organizational execution. The role is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania or Titusville, New Jersey, with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to the Immunology Sales and Marketing leadership team and help shape business strategy.
• Design and deploy data-driven talent strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain required capabilities.
• Shape and steward culture and employee experiences to attract, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Accelerate performance through leadership coaching and improved team effectiveness.
• Partner across the OneHR model to deliver on talent and organizational strategies.
• Lead organizational design in partnership with the business and OneHR and diagnose HR needs, including organizational health.
• Support delivery of the annual business plan and long-range workforce planning.
• Communicate and implement talent management, succession planning, and inclusion strategies, including competency frameworks.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives guided by employee insights and Credo values.
• Coach leaders on performance, stakeholder management, and team effectiveness; support manager capability building.
• Facilitate interviews and slate decisions for critical capability areas and support policy and compliance rollout as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience; minimum of 3 years of HR or HR-related experience.
• Professional Coaching and Change Management certification is desirable.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements

• Travel: Up to 10%.
