Role Summary

The HR Data Management Specialist (French Speaking) supports Workday and/or SAP processes including employee record management, updating the databases, reporting, quality measurements, and monitoring upstream/downstream integrations. You will work with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with the global operating model and ensuring compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support key HR processes in Workday/SAP (employee lifecycle, HR reporting, process accuracy, data quality, documentation management)
  • Handle HR documentation
  • Administer data quality reports and correct errors
  • Actively pursue continuous improvement ideas and lead initiatives toward process improvements and automation
  • Keep process documentation up to date
  • Take accountability for compliance with defined HR processes and relevant AbbVie policies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance) to constantly improve service quality and efficiency
  • Deliver system and process training to new joiners
  • Respond to internal AbbVie stakeholders (BHR/Talent Acquisition/Total Rewards) regarding questions or issues raised around Workday processing data and/or HR reporting
  • Collaborate actively with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for outstanding service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, or related, environment required
  • French Language fluency required – Both strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid knowledge and expertise of HR systems - Workday and/or SAP is a must
  • Technical expertise on HR processes and understanding process dependencies
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to the changing environment quickly
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in project management considered as an asset

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in HR area preferred
