HR Coordinator II (Talent Management)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR, including Benefits, HRBPs, Talent Development, HR Operations, and Compensation.
- Deliver HR customer service by handling routine employee inquiries and escalating as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding: new hire/manager communications, welcome materials, badge creation, HRIS pre/post-hire task tracking, onboarding training/overview invites, virtual I-9 verification, HRBP check-ins, and onboarding guides.
- Support HRBPs during terminations: exit documentation, exit interviews, acknowledgments, and HRIS uploads.
- Maintain accurate employee records by auditing/uploading documents in HRIS.
- Support vendor administration (new vendor setup, contract requests, PO creation/revisions).
- Send recurring PTO/employment-status reminders; support taxable fringe benefits audit in HRIS.
- Manage business card requests; maintain HR supply inventory; coordinate facilities/vendor maintenance; audit employment posters.
- Support updates to HR Talent Management SOPs; draft employment verification/attestation letters; route employee questions appropriately.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years relevant administrative support (or 2+ years with Associate’s, or 1+ years with Bachelor’s) plus 1+ years HR admin support (personnel files, I-9, auditing, onboarding).
- Confidentiality, integrity, strong organization, urgency/sensitivity, communication, accuracy, and ability to interpret information.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS; proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/OneNote.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR management degree; document writing/editing/proofreading; SharePoint and Smartsheet.
Schedule/Location:
- 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday; 5 days/week in-office at Silver Spring, MD.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $30.05–$31.25/hour; eligible for short- and long-term incentive programs; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k/ESPP, PTO/parental leave, disability.
