Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver change initiatives, helping our business adapt and thrive.
  • Use data and your business acumen to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Champion our culture of inclusion and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Partner with the R&D Talent Team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Required: University/College Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field with strong HR operations/generalist and business partnering experience.
  • Required: 7+ years of experience working in a client-facing HR business partnering role.
  • Required: Experience in leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability building and performance management.
  • Required: Experience in project management delivering large scale projects.
  • Required: Experience in delivering HR interventions across various areas, including leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, and performance management.
  • Required: Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, sound decision-making, and calculated risk-taking.
  • Required: Project management skills with experience delivering high-quality, impactful projects within timelines and budget.
  • Required: Understanding of the global consultation landscape, and adept at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and stakeholder networks.
  • Preferred: Experience in HR Consultancy, Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience.
  • Preferred: R&D Experience.
  • Preferred: Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated learning agility, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Preferred: Decision making based upon sound flexible thinking and calculated risk.
