Hospital Phlebotomist

Role: Hospital Phlebotomist responsible for skilled blood specimen collection, patient interaction, and specimen processing. Core responsibilities include venipuncture, capillary draws, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: Washington State Phlebotomy license (MA-P) or application in process; preferred 1+ years of experience; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; flexibility for overtime. High-value: patient blood collection across all ages, specimen processing, data accuracy, and client service. Work setup: on-site in Vancouver, WA; schedule Sunday to Thursday, 1:00pm-9:30pm; potential for overtime.
